Domestic disturbance involving violent stepfather

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible domestic violence at a home near Central College Road, where a caller said a stepfather was being violent toward the caller’s mother, who reportedly fled the house partially unclothed. The caller later indicated the call might have been accidental.
