Suspicious truck repeatedly circles re-roofing site

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious dark-colored four-by-four pickup repeatedly driving past a house that is being re-roofed near North Lynn. The anonymous caller said the driver appeared to be watching the roofing materials but could not provide a make or model.
