Intoxicated man lying on ground after running into traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to a possible suicide attempt near the old Pizza Hut on South Salina Street. A reportedly intoxicated man ran from a van into traffic and is now lying on the ground outside the vehicle.
