Suspicious commercial dump truck near Menards

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a commercial dump truck near Orchard Street Southwest and State Route 21 by a home improvement store. The green and yellow truck, identified as possibly abandoned or suspicious, had a 48-hour notice placed on it, and it did not appear that any parts had been taken.
