Tree and power pole down on car cause power outage

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded near Briarcliff Road after reports of explosions by a substation. They found a large tree on power lines and a power pole that had fallen onto a car, causing a power outage in the area. No one was inside the vehicle.
