She's now calling 911 trying to get a location of the address and stating she has a phone. It's hard to understand her. She'll be sitting at the picnic table in the park. The responsible still have the victim's phone. She's now, now 911, with possibly the phone. Copy. Now, for it, to be advised. She's stating, the responsible is stating she's on Main Street, next to the Old Police Department, and she has a stolen phone in her hand. You broke up after seeing phone in the hands.
