Damaged television found in locked apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an apartment on West Silver Court after a caller previously reported being injured by a falling television. On arrival, officers found the apartment door locked, no one visible inside, and a television apparently damaged. Dispatch confirmed a prior medical call from the same caller at this location.
