Dispute over damaged vehicle at South Main apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment near South Main Street for a reported family dispute where a caller said a boyfriend intentionally hit her vehicle with his hand. The boyfriend and the daughter were reportedly upstairs in another apartment and both may be carrying handguns.
