Elderly woman fallen and bleeding on kitchen floor

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly female has fallen and is bleeding from her right hand and left arm near East Kingman Avenue in Mullinville. She is conscious and communicating, possibly on blood thinners. Emergency responders have been dispatched to assist.
