Unconscious man breathing on street with rescue present

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of an unconscious adult male lying on the ground near North Main Street and East Wine Street in Mullins. The man was reported to be breathing, and rescue personnel and law enforcement were on scene.
