Staging for suicidal subject at Moscow apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent to stage near an apartment on Quail Run Drive in Moscow Mills for a possible suicidal person. The caller later reported making contact with the person, but responders were still asked to remain staged nearby.
