As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and law enforcement were dispatched to a residence near East Port au Prince Lane in Moscow Mills for a possible mental health crisis involving a juvenile male reportedly making suicidal statements and having ongoing outbursts. Units were advised to stage until an officer arrived.
