Juveniles throw rocks at train and place rocks on tracks
Vandalism900 block of Liberty Street. About four or five juveniles put a bunch of rocks on the track. The train went by, knocked them all off. They're also thrown rocks at the train. Two are still there. One's in a light blue shirt, another one is shirt. The other one is shirtless. I've seen south on bicycles. Another one's heading north from the tracks. Probably six. know we're calling this and want something done or is it third party? It's a neighbor that lives nearby. They happen to see it going on. He doesn't want to speak with anybody. He just wants someone to talk to the kids. One on Liberty Street still. Liberty and High still heading north.
