Male lying unresponsive in roadway near roundabout

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple (number withheld) calls about a suspicious person, described as a male lying in the roadway on State Highway Y near Whitman Street before the roundabout. Units were sent to check on the person and the associated red vehicle.
