Report of people inside locked rental home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a reported possible burglary at a rental home on Harner Street near Kingwood Street in Morgantown. The homeowner reported that a third party texted about people going in and out of the residence even though no one was supposed to be there and the doors should have been locked. Officers were asked to check the residence and provide a follow-up public service.
