Fire alarm at East Mignon Hall found to be normal

As discussed during the dispatch call, a general fire alarm was reported at a residence hall on a university campus near Mignon Drive in Morehead, Kentucky. Responding units checked the fire panel and the situation was later reported as normal with no active fire found.
