Hit-and-run crash involving motorcycle and car

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies investigate a possible hit-and-run crash on northbound Highway 23 near Tierra Rejada Road. The suspect is reported to have left in a white motorcycle with a partial license plate. The apparent victim is associated with a white Toyota Corolla later located in a parking lot near Madera Road and Cochran Street.
