Reckless tractor trailer reported on Route 11

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received reports of a possibly reckless all-white tractor trailer on Route 11 near Blackman’s Corners and later in the Mooers area, reportedly passing unsafely and nearly causing a crash while heading toward Champlain. A greenish license plate number was broadcast to patrol units.

Observe it for a tractor trailer, all white, has cutouts on the back of the door, driving erratically, passed unsafely, almost caused an accident, headed towards Champlain on Route 11.
