Man reports assault by girlfriend at highway residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible domestic disturbance along South State Highway 7 after a caller reported being struck by a partner who then left the area in a dark gray sedan heading toward Osage Beach. The caller reported minor injuries but did not accept medical help.
