Report of possible methane burn-off near highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a driver on the interstate of what appeared to be a building roof on fire near a cluster of buildings off the roadway. The dispatcher indicated this may be methane burn-off rather than a structure fire.

I took a report from someone traveling 89 southbound near mile marker 52.8 that off to the right hand side there's a cluster of buildings and it appears that the roof of one is on fire.
