Intoxicated driver leaves Monticello scene with young children

As discussed during the dispatch call, monticello Police broadcast a BOLO for an allegedly intoxicated driver who left the scene near Prince Street in Monticello with young children in the vehicle. The driver left before units arrived and was reported to be in a black Nissan SUV; units were advised to stop/hold and contact Monticello Police if located.
