Altercation with man making threats on Clearview Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the Clearview Street area after a third-party caller reported an apparent altercation where a man assaulted someone and was making threats with an unknown weapon. Units also checked a location on North Oakview Court while responding.
