Female reported unresponsive with possible seizure near WI-80 in Montfort

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS/first responders were dispatched for a female reported to be bleeding from her arm, unresponsive and gasping for air, possibly having a seizure. CPR was not yet in progress. Age was unclear in the radio traffic.
