Person in mental health crisis reportedly attempting to jump from bridge, restrained by police

As discussed during the dispatch call, rescue/medics were dispatched to the Selma Road and Waller Street area for an altered mental status/mental health crisis. Law enforcement reported a person attempting to jump off a bridge and was holding the subject against a fence while requesting medical assistance and equipment to reach over the fence.
