Search for damaged SUV after crash on Clarkrange Hwy

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a multi-vehicle accident near Clarkrange Highway across from East Meadow Creek. One vehicle reportedly fled the scene, described as a smaller black SUV with visible damage, possibly traveling toward Interstate 40. The Tennessee Highway Patrol was notified and joined the investigation.
