Disabled vehicle checked on Route 63 in Monroe

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible disabled vehicle on State Route 63 near American Way. They checked a Cadillac and another vehicle by tag and VIN to confirm which vehicle was actually involved and verified registration information.
