Person with head injury after falling while pushing vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a location near the community center on Highway 95A after an individual reportedly fell while pushing a vehicle and sustained a head injury. Basic Life Support personnel were sent from the intersection of 29 and Hood.
