Burn victim with stroke symptoms and nausea at Four Corners

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched near Nob Hill Street for a 39-year-old male possibly experiencing a stroke. The patient appeared extremely nauseous, may vomit, and is a burn victim with reported stroke-like symptoms. EMS and Med One arrived on scene.
