Man conscious but not fully alert at (number withheld) Main St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to the area of the 500 block of Main Street near the town mark in Weaverville for a possible medical issue involving a 46-year-old man in a black Chevy Cruze who was conscious and breathing but not fully alert.
