Pedestrian hit by red car near University Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible hit-and-run involving a male pedestrian near a store on University Drive by the bridge. A red car reportedly struck the man and then left the area. The man appears to have a head injury and is described as a man in his early twenties, walking southbound in jeans and an orange shirt toward the toll road bridge.
