Vehicle leaves scene after incident on Lincoln Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to check on a possible vehicle incident on Lincoln Avenue eastbound involving a Toyota Matrix. The vehicle was later reported to have turned onto State Route 7 southbound and the response was apparently canceled.
