Suspicious vehicle checked at Highway 169 Cafe

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious dark SUV that had been parked for a while near a cafe along Highway 169 in Minburn, with an older male seen around it. They contacted the driver, searched the vehicle for registration and insurance, and it appears the documents were expired. A second suspicious vehicle was also reported and checked in a nearby park.
