False fire alarm at South Second and Henderson

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and EMS responded to a reported fire alarm activation near Henderson Avenue and South Second Street in Millville. A passerby reported the alarm, and responders found the alarm coming from a trash can and disabled it. No smoke or fire was observed, and command was terminated.
