Possible self-inflicted gunshot injury reported in vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were diverted for a possible suicide attempt involving a firearm, with reports of two rounds in a car. Units initially staged for law enforcement until the scene was reported secure; the person was later described as conscious and talking with stable vital signs. Location was reported on/near Highway 24/27 East near Bethel Church Road and Jim Austin Road (Midland area).
