Apparent welfare check near East Main St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a call about a possible suspicious situation to the rear of a building near East Main Street in Middletown. Dispatchers initially referenced a suicide threat card but later changed it to a welfare check. Officers contacted the homeowners, who agreed to look around the back of the property to verify nothing had occurred.
