As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched near NW 47th St for a “person in distress” call involving a reported violation of a restraining/protection order. The subject is reported pacing and talking to himself near/behind a location referred to as “KPH,” and dispatch notes an alert indicating prior violent offenses including assault on LEO.
