Welfare check after emergency SOS at apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible welfare check at an apartment complex on West Turner Street after a rapid SOS alert was received near one of the buildings. Dispatch had difficulty reaching the caller by phone, but later made contact and the caller reported that everything was okay while officers continued to check on her welfare.
