Semi and car crash with injuries on Route B

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported traffic crash with injuries on Route B near Tri County Road and Schuler Ferry Road, involving a semi truck and a Honda CRV. Units reported one car in the middle of the road and a tractor trailer blocking a lane, with all occupants conscious but extrication apparently needed for at least one driver. An aircraft was requested to assist with patient transport.
