Car in ditch after possible crash on I-70

The RP was driving by eastbound on I 70 and saw a small black car that was nose down in a ditch.

Said it was a mile or two east of the canyon exit on the right side shoulder of the eastbound lanes.

We are working on getting squad out there due to possible injuries and we're working on getting state notified as well.
