Domestic dispute; husband denies access to child

Officers were dispatched to a home on East Contessa Street for a domestic dispute between a caller and their husband. They were arguing, and the husband had access to a weapon. The husband was refusing to let the caller see their eight-year-old daughter, and there were two other children in the home. The caller stayed in a bedroom with the children and kept the door locked while waiting for officers. Dispatch also noted a recent prior incident involving an order of protection related to the husband.
