So, near East University Drive, a business owner in the same complex. There's a vehicle parked behind this building that they think the driver got out and is trying to break into the business. They don't know the name of the business that they're trying to break into, though. A person is just watching this. They have access to a gray Ford or sedan, either a Toyota or a Hyundai. The watcher is in a white expedition with a large trailer attached to it. They have access to their own gun. The vehicle is parked on the north side of the building. It's the back entrances. Confirming if they still have a visual of the driver that got out. For something in the rear business and the front of the business. They are on the north side and haven't seen anyone actually trying to commit the commercial burglary, but just thinks that something would be going on because there's a vehicle back there.
