23, I have a couple of witnesses here saying they just heard a bunch of homeless people yelling, kind of some 9-18[1] stuff. The park is pretty dark, so it's hard for me to see. The only subjects I can see are, uh, looks like two transients on the west side of the bathroom building, wrapped up in a blanket near a shopping park. And I'm sorry my camera was facing the other way. It's on the east side of the bathroom building.
