It's going to be on foot, last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt with the word aloha on the front and dark-colored shorts and sandals lasting on August 7th. Sergeant (name withheld) was in the area of 39th Avenue in Grover's. The missing person has a medical condition that can cause confusion.
