Road hazard near elementary school railroad tracks

Elementary.

Apparently there's some road damage or something by the railroad tracks, but they've got lights, so people are stopping and going right there.

They're worried about some hazards at three when school gets out, which has been an ongoing issue if somebody could be in the area.
