Trooper stops car with stolen license plate

As discussed during the dispatch call, a trooper on I-90 west near the Mercer tunnel stopped a black Mercury with no visible license plate. Radio records indicate the rear plate may be reported stolen out of Seattle police jurisdiction with a theft date in 2002.
