Young male found wandering, possible autism concerns

She states he was walking by himself and doesn't know where he stays or where his parents are. Complained to stand by with a juvenile who possibly has autism for the complainant. Complainant is going to be wearing a white shirt and brown shoes or brown slides at 2071 Blakewood Place, (number withheld).
