Three men sell stolen merchandise outside apartment
TheftIt's a suspicious person at 436 Winchester Rose in the apartment next to Family Dollar. An employee, (name withheld), received information that the subjects responsible for the theft at 4330 Winchester's Family Dollar are now outside an unknown apartment complex selling the merchandise. There are three males: one in a black hoodie, one in a white hoodie, and one in a gray hoodie.
