Suspicious parked SUV believed to be stolen

Officers are sent to Neely Road and East Mitchell Road to check on a suspicious situation. A woman at the scene will not talk to dispatch. She reports a black BMW sport utility vehicle with dark windows that has been parked, unoccupied, at a car wash for three days. The caller believes the vehicle is stolen and wants officers to inspect it.
