An officer checks a parked vehicle at Third Street and Fairway Avenue. At first, no one is found inside the car. Dispatch notes that a woman connected to the call is inside a nearby business and describes her clothing. There is also mention of two dogs, a green sport utility vehicle, and a report about a dead dog that may need to be collected. Later, the officer reports that a man is now inside the car and that the officer is also checking inside the store.
