Pedestrian hit by vehicle at Target parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a vehicle struck a pedestrian outside a retail store on Brewerton Road between Stevens Drive and Lincoln Avenue. A man in his 60s reportedly had his shoulder pinned by a vehicle, and a woman in her 60s appeared to have a wrist injury. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was reported in progress and additional medical units were requested to the scene.
